Q: I just got this tree. I need help. I wish there was a video. How to spread the branches? Do you bend the whole metal rod down? Any help would be...

A: The first year I had it, when I first got it , because it was all packed up the limbs were bent straight up for shipping purposes. I had to bend each branch down - you kind of have to play with it a little bit as you want it to appear balanced. I store mine ready to decorate so I no longer have to really bend the branches. So initially I had to bend down each branch and then individually bend out the small branches away from the metal rod/branches. Hope this helps.
